Why are items sold by the case?

Buying items by the case allows us to pass along maximum savings! On our webpage we have done the math to show you the per unit price for you to compare to your local store. We also recommend sharing orders between households to help maximize your savings.

 

Are there any minimums?

Generally, we use $300.00 before tax as our order min, however increasing the minimum will help to reduce your per case price as we can maximize your savings with larger shipments. Please contact your sales rep for more information

 

Can i cancel or modify my order?

Orders are processed immediately and may not be eligible for modification or cancelation. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please call 905-660-3388.

 

Can i place my order over the phone?

We do prefer that you use the online ordering portal to order. 

We are happy to provide customer service options that allow you to place your order by phone. This process may delay your order ship out date. Call us at 905-660-3388 from Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 4 pm to order.

 

What if an item is out of stock or back ordered?

Firstly, we only invoice out good that are shipped. You will never pay for any items until there are shipped.

If you pay online with a credit card, we only charge you for any items that are shipped. 

Due to some supply chain issues that still exist in our industry, we do our best to offer substitutions. Our customer service staff will call you before shipping out any substitutions.

 

how can i pay for my orders?

The preferred method is via credit card; however we do accept EFT, Interac, wire transfer, bank transfers and cheques.

 

Is shipping free

Our shipping is free as along as you meet the minimum shipping value preset to your account. If you need to place an order below that minimum, please contact our customer service at 905-660-3388 and we can help to find a solution.

 

How can i access my past orders or invoices?

You can access past orders and invoices by clicking on ‘My Account’. From there, you can click on the ‘Order History’ link to view your past orders.

 

What if my item arrives damages or is defective?

Call Customer Service at 905-660-3388. Your customer service representative will help determine if a return, refund or replacement is needed. All damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
