Can I Return Some Item?
Yes some items are eligible for return. The box must be unopened and unused to be eligible. All returns will be charged a restocking fee of 25%, in addition to a return courier charge. This excludes corrections for errors.
If the item is special order, we cannot accept returns. For any product you are not satisfied with, please contact us so we can help make it right.
Do I Need A Return Authorizetion?
Yes, Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number (RA).
To obtain an RA you must provide the following information:
-Discus item code
-Date of Purchase
-Invoice or packing slip number for the purchase
Will There Be Charges For Returns?
